Scope
NSW Health needed to rebuild UROC, an application for recording unrostered overtime and callback hours. Its replacement required a mobile-first experience and alignment with Oracle Redwood branding.
Actions
I redesigned the interface for React Native and translated Redwood patterns into an accessible mobile experience. I simplified the flows for recording additional hours and managing claims, with particular attention to staff working in demanding clinical environments.
Results
The redesigned app makes it easier to record and review work outside rostered hours. Consistent patterns support clearer workflows and align UROC with NSW Health’s other digital products.
