Scope
The NSW Government wanted to help residents find information around major life events, from education and property to retirement and bereavement. The platform needed to bring related services together in one coherent experience.
Actions
I designed the website model, UX and UI, and contributed to development using a headless CMS architecture. A modular content approach allowed information to be reused across government websites while maintaining a consistent experience.
Results
The platform established a reusable foundation for public information services. Its content model helped teams maintain consistent information and made related government guidance easier for residents to navigate.
