Scope
NSW Health’s internal mobile apps used different visual styles and interaction patterns. The challenge was to create a consistent experience and a reusable foundation for future applications.
Actions
I audited the existing apps and developed a mobile design system informed by the NSW Government Digital Design System. An interactive Figma library brought together reusable components, variants and patterns. I worked with developers to guide implementation across the mobile apps.
Results
The system established a consistent foundation for NSW Health’s mobile products, reduced repeated design work and made collaboration between designers and developers more straightforward.
