Scope
STARR needed a redesigned mobile experience for staff requesting and receiving healthcare supplies. The existing application ran on an outdated platform and lacked clear workflows and consistent branding.
Actions
I redesigned the experience for a React Native rebuild, using my mobile component library and adapting Oracle Redwood branding for NSW Health. I simplified requisition and receiving flows, clarified the interface and guided implementation. The design also allowed for future predictive stock management capabilities.
Results
The updated experience helps staff request supplies and confirm deliveries more efficiently. Clearer workflows reduce manual steps and provide a foundation for future supply management improvements.
