Scope
NSW Health’s custom web applications needed a consistent relationship with Oracle Redwood. The Recruitment and Onboarding system also required a modern interface to replace its outdated platform.
Actions
I redesigned the recruitment interface around clearer navigation and task prioritisation. I created a reusable HTML component library with a central CSS layer, combining Oracle Redwood styling with the NSW Government Digital Design System.
Results
The redesign made recruitment tasks easier to scan and manage. The shared component library provided a consistent starting point for future custom applications and reduced duplicated interface development.
